1kg thinly sliced lean pork or pork stir-fry
100g Verstegen “World Grill Greek Passion”
Method
Select some good, fresh, well-chilled pork and cut to shape and size.
Mix with Verstegen “World Grill Greek Passion”. Present in a nice counter tray.
Suggestion: add 400g Verstegen “Salade Hongroise” to this preparation.

Verstegen Schnitzelmix Chimichurri
Red Onions (chopped)
Courgette (sliced)
Verstegen Spicemix del Mondo Chimichurri
Chimichurri dressing served warm (see recipe below)
Method
Coat the lamb cutlets with the Verstegen Chimichurri Schnitzelmix.
Drip some melted butter over the cutlets & cook in the oven.
Fry the onions & courgettes in olive oil & season with the
Verstegen Spicemix del Mondo Chimichurri.
Serve onto a plate & drizzle with the Chimichurri dressing.
Place the cooked lamb cutlets on top & serve.

50ml Verstegen Chimichurri Marinade
75ml Red Wine Vinegar
35ml Tomato Ketchup
350ml Olive Oil

Ingredients
1kg Chicken fillet
80g Verstegen World Grill Pacific Ocean
300gr Smoked bacon
300gr stir fry vegetables (frozen)
Method
Cut the chicken fillet in strips and the bacon in cubs.
Mix the vegetables and the meat
Add the Verstegen World Grill Pacific Ocean and mix lightly
